These terms govern services provided by Zefixy — Secure IT Solutions ("Zefixy", "we", "us"), based in Ambalangoda, Sri Lanka. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
All quotes are based on the scope agreed at the time of quoting. Work outside that scope may require a revised quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed with a deposit to begin and the balance on completion or delivery. Ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, support plans) are billed per the agreed cycle. Domains and third-party services are billed at cost.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely content and approvals, and lawful materials. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You confirm you own or are licensed to use any content you supply to us.
On full payment, you own the final delivered website content and assets created for you. Domains are registered in your name and remain yours. Third-party software, libraries and platforms remain under their respective licences.
Support is provided as described in the relevant plan or agreement. Issues caused by third-party changes, client modifications, or factors outside our control may be billable.
We apply security best practices, but no system is perfectly immune. We are not liable for incidents arising from client actions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Maintaining recommended backups and updates is essential.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may end an ongoing service with reasonable notice as set out in the relevant agreement. Work completed up to cancellation is payable.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is published on this page.
